At this time of year, just on the other side of the Winter Solstice and embarking into the Earth’s annual hibernation phase, we enter one of the darkest and most potent times of year. With the New Moon casting a river of velvet black over the sky, we are given a truly blank canvas to set intentions for the year to come, filling our well of intentions with all of the colorful energy we can imagine. In the sign of Capricorn, an Earth sign that is one of the most stable and steady, these intentions are infused with all of the solidity of Mama Gaia’s own, ever-affirming love.

As we gather in circle, we join hands in support of one another’s vision for 2023, channeling the darkened light of the sky’s deepest night in calling forward the best and most rewarding life we can dream.
