This website is the creation of Sephora Markson Hartz and all services are offered by Sephora Markson Hartz. When reaching out to Sephora Markson Hartz (referred to throughout as “Sephora” or “I”) for a session of any kind, you acknowledge that:

• You are of legal age in your region (e.g. 18 years+) and seeking a session voluntarily, of your own free will, and you are solely responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions before, during, and after any session regardless of anything discussed with Sephora.

• You waive your right to pursue legal action of any kind against Sephora.

• I serve with integrity, respect, and ethical action at the forefront; in turn, I expect integrity, respect, and ethical action from all clients.

• Anything discussed during the reading is considered confidential unless, in my sole judgment, it compromises the well-being of another or disclosure is requested by law.

• I am not a licensed professional. Nothing discussed during a session is meant to replace or supplement the guidance of a licensed professional, including a medical doctor, mental health provider, legal counsel, attorney, financial advisor, spiritual direction or counseling, or other trained healer and/or licensed professional.

• I do not seek nor do I claim to have any authority over your life, your choices, or your future.

• All information is interpretive. Accuracy is not guaranteed, and all sessions should be viewed as being for entertainment purposes only.

• You understand that we may discuss information that is painful, distressing, triggering, traumatic, or unpleasant in any number of ways. You are responsible for communicating the need to pause or stop a session if it is overwhelming for any reason.

• I reserve the right to terminate a session for any reason without a guarantee of refund.

• By booking and engaging in a session, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Arts of Ixchel/Sephora Markson Hartz or anyone associated with my practice, from all known or unknown claims against me. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me or any other participant in the session currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your session reading with me, Sephora. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Sephora and any person associated with Sephora as a result of Sephora’s actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Sephora and all persons associated with Sephora from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims.
